As the Year of the Dragon draws to a close and the new year begins, I would like to extend my warmest Chinese New Year greetings on behalf of XCMG Group and the Board of Directors. To all the partners, friends, employees, and families who have supported and worked tirelessly for XCMG, I wish you happiness, health, and success in the new year!

Over the past year, we stayed focused on our adapted global strategy to reach new heights, tackled challenges head-on, and worked together to achieve great results. We’ve seen stronger business performance, improved profitability, greater innovation, deeper international reach, and faster progress in digital transformation. Our brand influence continues to grow, and each of your efforts has brought us closer to our goal of becoming a world-class enterprise.

这一年，无数荣光淬炼了徐工的如炬初心。徐工汽车混改引战创下新能源商用车第一大单，徐工机械市值增幅跑赢大盘和行业，四度问鼎最具价值投资、ESG等“金牛奖”，徐工品牌连续六年国内行业唯一荣膺“世界品牌500强”……

Looking back at 2024, there’s much to be proud of: we completed the largest investment deal in the new energy commercial vehicle sector through the reform of XCMG Auto; XCMG Machinery outperformed the market and the industry in terms of value growth; we’ve won multiple awards, including the ESG "Golden Bull Award"; for the sixth consecutive year, XCMG was the only Chinese company in our industry to be named one of the "World's Top 500 Brands," and the list goes on...

这一年，无穷拼搏织就了徐工的逐梦华章。工程机械传统产业逆势而进、新兴产业造势而起、零部件产业蓄势而发，商用汽车乘势而上，智改数转网联“三大战役”变革转型攻坚落地更深，“研产供销服融”全价值链出海更广……

Looking back at 2024, it’s our relentless efforts that shaped XCMG's journey of dreams: despite tough market conditions, our traditional construction machinery business grew steadily while our emerging industries developed rapidly. Our components business gained momentum, and key transformation projects in intelligence, digitalization, and networking achieved solid progress.

这一年，无尽感动激励了徐工的前行脚步。高端化引领转型，智能化“掘”进矿山，绿色化循“新”发力，“全球第一吊”第七次刷新世界纪录，应急救援“机械天团”以实际行动诠释国企担当，从“宝马展看世界”到“让世界看中国”……

Looking back at 2024, we’ve also seen many moments that inspired us to keep moving forward: we led the way in high-end, intelligent, and green technologies; our record-breaking "Global No. 1 Crane" once again set a new world standard; from leading at global exhibitions to raising the profile of "Made in China," XCMG has made an impact worldwide.
