当天，现场宣读了第一届理（监）事会成员名单，与会领导嘉宾为第一届理（监）事会成员授牌。

西山小学创建于1926年，承载着几代村民的教育记忆。近年来，教学条件虽有改善，但受限于乡村区位和经济资源不足，仍存在师资薄弱、设施落后、学生素质提升乏力等问题，与周边优秀学校差距明显，导致生源持续流失。为此，村两委联合乡贤成立"西山教育发展基金会"，旨在提升教育竞争力。促进会将通过设立奖教、奖学与助教助学活动，激励师生奋发上进，提高学校的办学效益和教育教学质量。

傅俊元会长表示：促进会将秉持"育人为本、公益为先、传承为魂"三大核心理念，凝聚全体村民、在外乡贤和社会爱心人士的力量，把每一分捐款都用在教育上。不仅要改善教学条件，更要营造尊师重教的社会氛围，为乡村教育催生新动能。

Xishan Primary School, founded in 1926, carries the educational memories of several generations of villagers. In recent years, although teaching conditions have improved, the school still faces challenges such as weak teaching staff, outdated facilities, and difficulties in improving students' overall quality due to its rural location and lack of economic resources. This has led to a noticeable gap compared to surrounding excellent schools and a continuous loss of students. To address this, the village committee, in conjunction with local worthies, established the "Xishan Education Development Foundation" to enhance the competitiveness of education. The promotion association will improve the efficiency and quality of school operations and educational teaching by setting up incentive programs for teachers and students, as well as providing educational assistance.

President Fu Junyuan stated: The association will adhere to the three core principles of "education-oriented, public welfare first, and inheritance as the soul," gathering the strength of all villagers, local worthies outside the village, and caring individuals from society to invest every donation in education.
