小雪节气

寒气初降，雪尚轻小，故称“小雪”。它标志着寒冷冬季的正式开场，降水形式逐渐由雨转为雪，但此时雪量还不大，地面可能只是薄薄一层，未能久积。

Wind becomes colder today, with snow yet light and sparse, so the day is called “Minor Snow”. It stands for the official beginning of Winter. The form of precipitation gradually changed from rain to water. But the snow at this moment is not heavy, they falling down on the floor only piles a fairly thin layer, which will melt and disappear in a short time.

As the ancient said, ”Crops are all ripe when Minor Snow arrives.” The preparation we make now is for a better yield in the next year.

Whether your equipment is running at peak performance or is about to enter seasonal shutdown. 1、开机前准备工作

开机前，请务必首先检查所有黄油嘴，确保其清洁无阻塞，并重新加油。这是保障所有轴承和活动部件在低温下也能顺畅运行的基石。

  The preparation before power on

Before power on, all grease fittings must be checked first, ensuring they are clean and unobstructed and refuel again if needed. The check is the cornerstone for guaranteeing the smooth running of all bearings and movable components at low temperatures.

关键防护，防锈耐磨

低温易凝结，会加剧金属部件生锈的风险。请在模具、导柱、模框内及压头板等核心区域，均匀涂抹一层润滑油，以防止制砖机设备生锈或磨损。

Essential protection against rust and wear

Low temperatures can lead to condensation, which increases the risk of rust formation on metal components. Please apply a uniform layer of lubricating oil to key areas such as the mould, guide pillars, mould frame, and pressure head plate to protect the brick-making equipment from rust and wear.

空机运转，提前预热

冬季气温低，液压油和润滑油可能因温度过低而变稠，导致设备启动困难、动作迟缓。最有效的办法是：提前开机，让设备空载运行一段时间进行预热，待油液恢复流动性、温度上升后，再逐步加载至正常生产。

Idle run for preheating

  Hydraulic oil and lubricating oil have the possibility of being thick for too low temperature, making equipment difficult to be started and to move fast. The most efficient solution is: power on the equipment in advance, allowing the equipment to run idle for several minutes to preheat. Then gradually add loads until regular production after the oil and liquid restore liquidity and the temperature increases.

排水防冻，杜绝隐患

若砖设备在冬季计划长时间停机，务必彻底排空冷却器中的水。这个步骤至关重要，能防止残留冷水结冰，冻裂冷却器及管路系统，避免造成设备损坏。

Drain water to prevent freezing and eliminate hazards

  Water in cooler must be drained completely if block equipment is planned to have a long time off in Winter. The vital step can prevent water remained freezing, protecting the equipment from damage. Otherwise the frozen water will break cooler and pipe system.
